This print painted by artist Kerne Erickson, depicts the Santa Ynez Valley AVA located in Santa Barbara County and part of the much larger Central Coast AVA. Its sub AVAs includes, Sta. Rita Hills, Ballard Canyon, Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara and the Los Olivos District. There are over 43,000 planted acres and over 35 different wine grape varieties. Currently there are over 100 wineries in this AVA.
